Education

My name is Miss Cornelius. I am a 6th grade social studies and science inclusion teacher. I teach in Catoosa County Georgia at Lakeview Middle School. Lakeview Middle School holds a special place in my heart because this is my alma mater! LMS is also the school where both of my parents got their start in education.

All about your teacher, Ms Cornelius!

My name is Miss Cornelius. I graduated in 2009 from Kennesaw State University with a degree in Psychology. After graduation I realized that I wanted to go into education. I felt I could make an impact on the lives of students and that was very import to me. I have my Masters degree in Special Education: General Curriculum from Valdosta State University. I coach volleyball and I am the FCA huddle leader at our school. Ms Cornelius’ 6th grade Physical Science Class

In 6th grade we learn about Physical Science. We learn about everything from rocks to space. We follow the GA CCPS and find interesting ways to get information to the students. Many things that we study this year will be new but, there will be some fun old stuff we get to cover as well. I look forward to a great year!
